ACTWO was asked by a longtime client to provide a transformative design to her Villa, located in the community of Vero Beach, on the east coast of Florida.

ThIs substantial renovation aimed at unifying the three sides of the living spaces with a private courtyard and cabana transformed into a private studio space.

After the removal of nearly all of the interior walls, there is now a continuous view from the interior to exterior as one moves along the courtyard window wall.

The interior design focused on a selective material palette including a mixture of white, grey and light wood tones to compliment and highlight the owner’s extensive art collection.

The entertaining space engages the exterior via a fully collapsable glass wall which provides unobstructed visual and physical connections to the courtyard. Accompanying the illuminated soaking pool that was was carved into the patio, the Design team created additional visual excitement with LED lighting strips set flush into the concrete patio.
