With a longstanding presence in the heart of the financial district, this private practice was looking for a fresh new home to expand their Boston office. The space rests 3 feet above street level, providing treatment rooms with an elevated view of the downtown. Entered from the street level, clientele is brought up and into a brightly lit reception area with an undulating pattern of two toned painted slats draped against the reception station. 14 foot tall translucent double layer dividers provide separation between the street facing treatment rooms, which are graced with full height windows and lift up shading control to allow for patient privacy . Patients and employee movement around the office is reinforced with curved soffits, flooring transitions & linear track lighting hung from open ceilings. The middle and core spaces of the project include Hygienist rooms, private offices, staff amenities and dental support spaces.
