Designed with the aim of versatility and visual identity for a developer client without a tenant, this Office and R&D Lab suite needed to provide a bold marketable atmosphere and a lab setup that could accommodate a wide array of potential users.

The refined traditional palette of navy blue, brass, light wood, and warm grays was integrated into a dynamic entry space that uses curvilinear language and bold lighting to draw the user through to the open office and lab beyond.  Full glazing walls provide a direct visual connection between the two programmatic halves of the office, with some rooms straddling and blurring the demising line.  The adjoining large open office and open lab area take advantage of the tall wide windows at either side of the building, allowing natural light to come deep into the space and provide views from anywhere to the water and city skyline beyond.
